Since completing my NTCJ in Newspaper Journalism with News Associates/Sportsbeat I have written for various publications and www.sportsister.com an online women's sports magazine. Initially I found writing about sport hard (especially football) but the more I have written the more I have I have come to enjoy it. I have learnt a lot along the way!

I am a qualified gym and aerobics instructor and although I'm too lazy to actually teach anymore, I still enjoy going to classes. I am also an experienced swimming and trampolining coach and have taught both adults and children of all abilities. I swam at club level for a number of years.

In the past I have worked as a lifeguard, been a registered boxercise instructor and completed numerous training sessions in nutrition, salsacise and dance. I am currently taking massage and photography classes both for professional development and my own enjoyment.
